Herschel Rose, Webelos II Scout, graduated from Cub Scouts and became a new member of Boy Scout Troop 613.  Troop 613 welcomed Herschel through a Bridging Ceremony.  Scouts in the troop fashioned a makeshift bridge for Herschel to cross over on.  Then Troopmaster Jodi Sohl along with members of her Boy Scout troop led a brief candle lighting ceremony to commemorate this special occasion.
